Our more than 60 years of Washington experience allows Hicks-Ray Associates to understand the needs of clients and assist them in designing and implementing successful strategies. We assist clients in preparing their federal strategy, assist them while they make their DC rounds, and then remain on the scene as advocates once they return home.
